I loved reading this! I was fortunate enough to get to interview Alice a few years ago after her book “Ada’s Rules” came out–I wrote an article about her and her approach toward food and life for H2U: Health to You magazine (an HCA mag). It was one of the most enjoyable afternoons of my writing career.
