Yes, of course, I remember this, Kaaren. I loved hearing your thoughts about the meditation post and wrote about it in my gratitude journal later that day. 🙂 I think you would like this book. Kaplan writes a lot about the restorative benefits of spending time in nature.

Mary, we met on the Red Trail one day and spoke about your post on meditation. Loved it! As I read today’s post I realize it is with gratitude I celebrate the Park and my ability to take that hike each and every time. I need to bring that practice out of woods and carry with me each and every day. Thank you!!
