Dear Anna ~ Your kind comment means so much to me. Please share the blog link in the comments? We all have lists - and stacks - of books. None of us can read everything we want to. That is a - regular - hardship!! Sending love to you and yours. xoxo

Jennifer, I am late in a message of good health for your husband and daughter's recovery from the dreaded Coronavirus. It is a wicked virus and I am glad that they survived. I know of a woman who, too, survived this virus and did a 10 FB blog to educate folks on everything from what symptoms to look for to what recovery looks like. It was very informative. And scary.
Thanks to your daily interviews my list of books to read has grown exponentially! I don't know when I'll have the time to read all of these delicious books but, I am one who loves to have a long list of books from which to choose when the time comes to open a new book.
Thank you for sharing your talents with your admirers!

That’s so neat that you & Lisa did the same thing!! And I’m glad you finished it!! But only if you wanted to, you know. Life is short. I give a book 3 chapters, that’s all. Xoxo

I did finish Milkman but forgot to update you. I really liked it! And I actually listened and read at the same time (well, overlapping times), which I too highly recommend.

I'm sorry that we're going to miss Lisa Gornick at Parnassus but hope to catch her the next time she swings through. Love the suggestion about the New Yorker's fiction podcast. Keep them coming.

Dear Kent, You have absolutely made my day. I can only imagine the challenges of teaching third grade remotely. Sending very warmest wishes to you, and gratitude as well, for figuring things out. xoxo

Jennifer, I am so appreciative of your daily posts. I am teaching my Nashville third graders remotely (from Monteagle) which means I am behind a screen all day. I consider your daily posts a special
“me” time to savor and learn. I have also been able to read several of the suggested books. I loved Dear Edward and (to my surprise) The Giver of Stars.
Thank you for giving me something to look forward to each day. I am so glad your husband and daughter have recovered.
